BTCCSquare news:

Anchorage Digital, the federally chartered crypto bank, has acquired Securitize For Advisors (SFA), a digital asset platform catering to registered investment advisors. The deal integrates SFA's technology and client base into Anchorage's infrastructure, creating a unified offering for trading, custody, and wealth management.

SFA's growth trajectory has been staggering—4,500% expansion in net new deposits and assets under management over the past year, dwarfing the RIA industry's 16% average. The acquisition formalizes an existing partnership, with 99% of SFA assets already custodied at Anchorage Digital Bank.

The MOVE reflects strategic divergence: Anchorage bolsters its wealth management capabilities, while Securitize sharpens focus on institutional tokenization. 'RIAs are the bridge to mainstream crypto adoption,' said Anchorage CEO Nathan McCauley, positioning the combined entity as a one-stop solution for wealth managers navigating digital assets.
